Conditions when booking travel

Here you will find the terms and conditions that apply to trading with CBP Tours

Booking
After you have selected the travel you want, added it to your shopping cart and clicked "Book travel" at checkout, the purchase is finalized and thus entails booking responsibility for the booking.
When you place a booking with us, we offer that you purchase the selected travel in accordance with these terms and conditions. When CBP Tours accepts your booking, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the e-mail address that you provided on the booking form.

Although CBP Tours strives to deliver all the trips stated in the order confirmation, situations may arise where the trip is fully booked or canceled for various reasons. In such a case, CBP Tours will contact you and, if necessary, propose to book another time. If you are not interested, CBP Tours will cancel the booking of the trips that cannot be completed and the amount will be refunded to you as a customer.

Prices
All prices stated on our website are in Norwegian kroner (NOK).
The prices of the trips are stated on the website outside the individual trip, and on the order confirmation and subsequently sent invoice. ( Klarna ) 

Payment
CBP Tours is committed to a 100% safe and secure shopping experience. You will be sent an invoice that will be sent to the email provided when booking. This must be paid in full before the tour starts. If you have any questions please contact us at cbp@cbp.no

Consumer safety

As a customer of CBP Tours, you always have the rights stated by the Consumer Council. You can read more about the Consumer Council's guidance here:

Cancellation

  • Within 30 days before trip = 100% refund
  • 30-14 days before trip = 50% refund
  • 14-0 days = 0% refund


Deductible for damage to motorcycle
In the event of damage to a motorcycle, the participant may be held liable for a deductible of up to SEK 15,000.

Responsibility statement
Participants take part in the tour at their own risk and are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Force majeure:
CBP tours may cancel a service without any liability if the service cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes extreme weather conditions, war, dangerous infections and diseases, disasters and other situations that are unforeseeable or unavoidable on our part

All participants must have valid travel insurance
