Here you will find information that applies to trade with CBP Tours. We are concerned that everyone should have a good social experience with low shoulders, motorcycle riding and fun in focus.

CBP Tours is not a travel agency, therefore there are many things that cannot be included in our travel plan. That is why it says in our info that "this is not included". We of course help with booking hotels and booking transport, but you as customers must pay this directly.

Order
When CBP Tours accepts your booking, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided on the booking form.

Prices
All prices stated on our website are in Norwegian kroner (NOK).
The prices for the journeys appear on the website outside the individual journey, and on the order confirmation and subsequently sent invoice.  

Payment
CBP Tours is committed to a 100% safe and secure trading experience. You will be sent an invoice that will be sent to the e-mail provided when ordering. This must be paid in full before the trip starts. If you have any questions, contact us at therese@cbp.no

Consumer safety

Cancellation

If you cancel within 30 days before the trip = 100% refund

Deductible in the event of damage to a motorcycle
In the event of damage to the motorcycle, the participant can be held responsible for an excess of up to NOK 5,000

Responsibility statement
Participants take part in the tour at their own risk and are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Force majeure:
CBP tours may cancel a service without any liability if the service cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes extreme weather conditions, war, dangerous infections and diseases, disasters and other situations that are unforeseeable or unavoidable on our part

All participants must have valid travel insurance, it may also be a good idea to have a European Health Insurance Card.
